Russ Stewart

As a Project Manager, Russ is responsible for leading the Front Line Leadership Course within CSC’s Operational Excellence practice. In addition to overseeing the course, he maintains follow-up coaching and assists with other client process improvement projects. Russ specializes in serving clients in the manufacturing industry as well as clients interested in improving their transactional business processes. He has an extensive background in military special operations, allowing him to offer a disciplined, results-oriented approach to overcoming challenges and achieving mission-critical objectives.

Leveraging a deep expertise in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and quality management, Russ consistently leads strategic initiatives that enhance productivity and elevate employee engagement.
